reasonable stay overall
great location easy access
the hotel has a great location near shinjuku station and gives easy access to many areas. the limo bus pick up and drop off made travel to the airport convenient with large bags. the staff was helpful and proficient in english which was useful when i needed assistance.
the breakfast buffet ran out of food within a few hours and served lukewarm items. the options for the breakfast buffet were very limiting.

great location easy access baggage storage airport bus
the hotel benefits from a great location near the station. this proximity allowed easy access to various metro lines. staff assisted with baggage storage on my final day. i appreciated the airport bus stopping directly at the hotel for my departure.
the breakfast buffet had limited options at times. refilling seemed infrequent during peak hours. this impacted the freshness of some items.

helpful staff convenient location stocked amenities
i appreciated the helpful staff at check in and also at departure. The location was convenient for public transport. i found it easy to get around a greater area near the hotel. The amenities bar offered many choices and was very well stocked.
